Some Myanmar Police have run away to India's Mizoram

Last Wednesday afternoon, three Myanmar police constables have run away by crossing over to India's Mizoram and asking for the help of shelter, said Mr. Stephen Lalrinawma to REUTERS. The reason is that they couldn't obey the instructions from the military rule.

India shares about 1021 mile-long land border with Myanmar. Since February 1 military coup, more than 50 people have been killed in Myanmar.
